Attorney Advisory Network

Legal Oversight for Statute-Aligned Automation

Most compliance software is built without attorneys in the room.

Rosewood is different. Our compliance engines are designed around precise statutory logic, structured notice sequencing, and defensible documentation standards. Getting that right requires legal expertise, not just software engineering.

The Rosewood Attorney Advisory Network is a collaboration program for licensed attorneys who want to ensure that the tools operators rely on are legally sound, jurisdictionally accurate, and built to hold up when it matters most.

Note: Advisory participation does not create attorney-client relationships with Rosewood users or operators. Attorneys advise Rosewood Systems on software logic and statutory alignment. They do not provide legal services through the platform.

SECTION 1: PURPOSE OF THE ADVISORY NETWORK

The Advisory Network exists to ensure that Rosewood's compliance engines remain statute-aligned, operationally accurate, and courtroom-defensible. As Rosewood expands into new jurisdictions and product lines, attorney input is essential to maintaining the legal integrity of every workflow we release.

Advisory attorneys provide guidance on statutory logic, notice language structures, delivery requirements, cure period calculations, and risk mitigation considerations across the Rosewood product ecosystem.

Note: Rosewood Software Systems Inc. does not provide legal advice. The Advisory Network supports the accuracy of the software, not the legal decisions of individual operators.

SECTION 2: HOW ATTORNEYS CONTRIBUTE

Advisory attorneys assist Rosewood in the following non-representational capacities. Participation does not establish attorney-client relationships with any platform users.

Statutory Review and Interpretation Guidance

Ensuring logic rails properly reflect jurisdiction-specific statutory requirements before each product release.

Notice Text Accuracy and Structure

Reviewing templates for statutory alignment, mandatory language requirements, and formatting standards.

Compliance Guardrail Validation

Confirming that sequencing controls and escalation logic prevent common operator procedural errors.

Evidence Packet and Audit Trail Standards

Advising on documentation standards that courts, lenders, and regulators expect to see in compliance records.

Legislative Monitoring Support

Alerting Rosewood when statute changes, administrative rule updates, or court precedents may require logic revisions.

Operator Workflow Feedback

Ensuring software outputs align with real-world procedural practice so operators are not caught off guard in the field.

SECTION 3: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Rosewood works best with attorneys who understand regulated industries from the inside. If you have spent time advising landlords, haulers, property managers, or regulated operators on compliance workflows, you already understand the exact problems our platform is designed to solve.

We are looking for attorneys who are:

  • Licensed and in good standing in their jurisdiction
  • Experienced in landlord-tenant law, property code, manufactured housing statutes, transportation liens, or environmental compliance
  • Comfortable reviewing statutory logic frameworks and giving practical feedback
  • Interested in how compliance software can be built to actually hold up in court

Experience with Texas Chapter 94, eviction procedure, lien statutes, waste manifests, or administrative compliance is particularly valuable as we expand into those areas.

You do not need to be a technology expert. You need to know the law your clients live under.

SECTION 4: WHAT PARTICIPATING ATTORNEYS RECEIVE

We respect the value of your time and expertise. Participation is designed to be meaningful, flexible, and professionally worthwhile.

Paid Review Engagements

Attorneys may be offered compensated review work for jurisdictions requiring deeper statutory validation. Compensation is agreed in advance for each engagement.

Early Access to Compliance Engines

Preview new workflows and product modules before public release. Your feedback shapes what operators experience from day one.

Direct Influence on Software Logic

Help design the compliance tools that operators in your jurisdiction rely on daily. Your statutory knowledge becomes part of the architecture.

Professional Acknowledgment

With your permission, your jurisdiction-level contribution may be acknowledged in platform documentation. For example: statutory review contributed by a licensed attorney in the relevant jurisdiction.

Collaboration Opportunities

Work with the Rosewood team on future state expansions, new product modules, or compliance research initiatives.

Flexible Participation

Contribute as little as a few hours per month. There are no minimum hour requirements. Engagements are defined in advance so you always know what you are agreeing to.

SECTION 5: PLATFORM LEGAL BOUNDARIES

Rosewood maintains strict boundaries to ensure all advisory participation complies with Unauthorized Practice of Law rules in every jurisdiction we operate in.

  • Advisory attorneys advise Rosewood Systems on software logic and statutory alignment. They do not advise individual operators or platform users.
  • Advisory participation does not create attorney-client relationships between participating attorneys and any Rosewood user, operator, or tenant.
  • Advisory contributions do not constitute legal advice to any individual or entity using the platform.
  • Advisory attorneys do not provide legal representation through Rosewood Systems in any capacity.
  • All legal decisions related to notices, filings, evictions, or compliance actions remain the sole responsibility of operators and their retained counsel.
Note: If you have questions about how advisory participation intersects with your bar obligations, we encourage you to review the applicable rules of professional conduct in your jurisdiction before applying.

SECTION 6: HOW TO APPLY

Attorneys interested in contributing to Rosewood's compliance engines are invited to contact the Rosewood governance team directly. We review every submission personally and respond to qualified candidates within five business days.

  • Bar jurisdiction or jurisdictions
  • Years of legal practice
  • Relevant statutory or regulatory experience
  • Areas of interest such as Chapter 94, eviction procedure, transportation liens, environmental compliance, or waste manifests
  • Brief description of your interest in the Advisory Network
Note: There is no formal application form. A direct email is all it takes to start the conversation.

SECTION 7: WHY THIS WORK MATTERS

Most operators using ParkNotice are managing compliance without an attorney in the room. They are relying on the software to get the sequence right, the timing right, and the documentation right.

When the logic is accurate, a park owner can enforce their rights without a procedural dismissal. When the templates are statute-aligned, the notice holds up. When the audit trail is structured correctly, the evidence is there when it is needed.

That is the outcome advisory attorneys help us build toward. Not just technically correct software. Legally defensible outcomes for operators who cannot afford to get it wrong.

If that work interests you, we would like to hear from you.
